Where Your Information Is Stored

Contact form submissions are transmitted to a private Google Sheet, using a Google Apps Script integration, so our team can review and respond to enquiries. Google acts as a data processor for this limited purpose; the sheet is not publicly accessible. If you'd like your submission removed from that record, contact us using the details above and we will action it promptly.

How Long We Keep It

We retain enquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and, where you become a client, for the duration of our care relationship plus any period required by law. You can ask us to delete information that is no longer needed at any time.

Your Rights

Under POPIA, you have the right to ask us what personal information we hold about you, to request that it be corrected or deleted, to object to how it's used, and to withdraw any consent you've given.
